Reading with eyes and ears: Women and books in the Viceroyalty of Peru

On September 25, 2024, Professor Pedro Guibovich Pérez, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, gave a lecture in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Education, "Reading with the Eyes and Ears: Women and Books in the Viceroyalty of Peru." He addressed the role of women in the literate culture of Peru from the 16th to the 18th centuries.
